
We became speakers for students of IT Step Academy: teaching yourself is a noble cause, but it is much more noble to teach others
This weekend, TOP DIDGITAL founder Yulia Shandra and marketing analyst Anna Slobodianiuk had the opportunity to speak to students at the invitation of the IT Step computer academy.
It is always a pleasure to be chosen among others to show by your own example what professional growth can be and what can be achieved in a particular field. It's doubly gratifying to be chosen by those who have reached a high level of development in the service market themselves. In her speech, Yulia Shandra focused on the history of the agency, the services provided, examples of works created over the years, and the positive and negative aspects of the work:- Our daily work is always about development, new acquaintances, meetings with successful people and interesting travels. If you don't want to do some monotonous and boring work every day, not see the end result of your efforts, and watch the clock while waiting for the end of the working day, you should think about improving your creative skills and abilities from a young age to choose an interesting and creative profession, such as a marketing agency.

The audience was particularly interested in information about the behind-the-scenes work of a marketing agency with bloggers. Marketing analyst Anna Slobodianiuk explained how her work - analyzing the client's target audience and the target audience of bloggers - contributes to the success of such cooperation with influencers.- I was able to surprise the audience by telling them that the cooperation with famous bloggers is initiated by an advertising manager and a marketing analyst, who choose the influencers who are best suited to promote a particular product. Our copywriters write the script for the advertisement, adapting to the style of a particular blogger, his or her manner of communication with subscribers, and the overall positioning of the brand being advertised. In this way, advertising will not become anti-advertising, leaving the general framework of the product or service strategy. The children were interested in the story about the bloggers with whom TOP DIDGITAL cooperated and the comparative characteristics of how sometimes advertising on influencers with a smaller audience works much better than on millionaire bloggers and why this happens," says Anna Slobodianiuk.

In any process, it is important to understand its value, and especially in the learning process. The value of the speakers from the TOP DIDGITAL marketing agency was revealed through an interactive session where IT Step Academy students talked about what kind of business they dream of starting and how they could develop it with the knowledge they had gained.- Anna and I spoke to young and active users of social networks, who in the future will become designers, IT specialists, SMM specialists, marketers and other specialists who will develop the sale of goods and services through the worldwide Internet.
